Update on Giveaway & Why I Was MIA

Sorry I haven’t posted in awhile. I got hit with a horrible stomach bug on Saturday and spent Sunday, yes Valentine’s Day in urgent care hooked up to an IV with people poking and proding me. Really fun times. Three and a half hours I finally walked out the door.

I just began eating solid food yesterday, so needless to say I was a little wiped out. In fact yesterday was the first time I was able to sit up for any length of time.

The doctor said there is a stomach thing going around and they have seen a lot of people recently with this bug. Although not as bad as mine. So my aplogies.

This giveaway has ended. This is my very first giveaway and I am excited to participate! Everyone loves free stuff and I am no different. When I first was contacted about this giveaway, I knew it was great because in this economy who does not want free food!

Here are the details. Safeway is providing a $50 gift card that can also be used at Dominick’s, Tom Thumb, Randalls, Vons, Genuardi’s.  I have already tried Fiber One Yogurt and trust me it is yummy! I was always a fan of Yoplait Yogurt and Fiber One is now on my list of must haves when I hit the grocery store.

Finally a Friday!

I am always  happy when Friday comes! Look forward to sleeping in and watching mindless TV. The 3rd season of Big Love should arrive today so I will be spending a bit of time with the Blu-Ray. Of course I will have to beat Corvette to it. I have my ways. He sleeps longer than me, so first come, fist serve.

I just finished fixing my RSS Feed. I was trying to figure it out for days now and WordPress Support kept telling me it was a plugin and of course I was convinced it was a widget. Yea, I should have listened. But alas, I don’t speak much tech talk so it takes me awhile sometimes. I do get it eventually.
